What's "WINKTE"

"WINKTE" is the Lakota word. It's meaning "Two-spirit" or more directly, "to be as a woman" and applies to male-bodied individuals. (in this case the sexual meaning is excluded).  the Winkte are considered to be people with special spiritual and other talents that fulfill some needs of the community that other people could not fill. and make Native American style craft arts by Japanese me. I thought, this was the same meaning as "Two-Spirit". and, I follow the example of their spiritual mind and longevity, I named own brand "WINKTE".
